Suerbier of Leussow

In the passengerlists of ship "Hammonia" we find Dora Suhrbier, 23 years old, unmarried. She arrived in New York on Oct. 16th, 1867.
This woman could be identical with

Catharina Elisabeth DOROTHEA Suerbier (also Suhrbier, Suhrbeer), b. 1841 in Leussow. She was the daughter of Hauswirt farmer and mayor Cord Jochen Suerbier and his second wife Catharina Elisabeth Dorothea Reimer, Leussow, farm # 10.
Dorothea Suerbier had three illegal children between 1863 and 1866. The first two were stillborn, the third, a daughter, died two weeks later. Father of all three was farmhand Wilhelm Ahrend from Karenz near Conow.
